New Club Fitness locations have been opened recently, but at this time all locations are found in these two states with no clubs located elsewhere in the country for this chain. Features of Club Fitness include group fitness classes, childcare, cardio theater to watch movies while working out, cardio and strength equipment, tanning, and hydro massage tables. Memberships are available in 4 different plans. Basic memberships are available for $10.00 and include access to your home club only, and access during staffed hours only which are typically 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Thursday and 8 AM to 6 PM Friday through Sunday. Full memberships are available for $19.99 per month, these memberships may be used at all locations, and provide 24-hour access to the facility, as well as childcare, group fitness classes, and tanning services included. Premium memberships are $29.99 per month and include all the features of Full memberships as well as hydro massage, red light therapy, and access to specific studios and classes. Finally, Platinum memberships are $49.99 per month and add unlimited tanning upgrades and use of the Burn Zone. Some memberships do not have a commitment but most have a 12-month agreement with Club Fitness and may include annual fees in addition to monthly dues. Type or write up a letter and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and Keep a copy for your records.

Contact them by calling the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
Ask for documentation that you contacted them
