The website was originally meant for Harvard students, but the website soon expanded membership to be available to anyone who is over the age of 13 years of age. Mark Zuckerberg serves as the CEO and the Chairman of the company. Facebook also owns Instagram, WhatsApp, and Oculus VR. There are currently over 2.2 million monthly Facebook users. It is easy to create a Facebook account. You will enter basic details about yourself, including name, birthday, email address, phone number, and some other details. After you have created your page, you can upload photos, edit your “About Me” section, and add friends. Adding friends is easy, but Facebook recommends only adding people that you know. Facebook has a friend-limit of 5,000. You can share statuses, upload photos and videos, view your friends’ profiles, join groups, create “Like”/fan pages, and message your friends. Additionally, you can use the Facebook Marketplace feature, where you can buy and sell items. You can also use the Jobs section and find jobs near you. You can use other interactive apps within Facebook. You can also update your relationship status to “Single”, “Married”, “In A Relationship”, and others as well as tagging your partner in the announcement. On your profile, you can include your school and job details. Deleting your profile is easy and you can do so by following the steps below.

• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Use your internet browser to visit Facebook.com
2. You’ll need to login with this info: email and password
3. Use your internet browser to visit https://www.facebook.com/settings
4. Hit the link that says “Your Facebook Information” on the left side bar
5. Hit the link that says “View” under “Delete your account and information”
6. Go down the page to find “Delete account”
7. Hit the link that says “Delete account” and Fill in your password
8. You must refrain from logging into your account for 14 full days before Facebook will completely delete it
