Archives is a genealogy research site. Archives compiles and provides access to historical documents, images, and public records for searches. Archives was founded originally in 2009 and became part of the Ancestry.com family of sites in 2012. The site will also allow you to search records found on Find A Grave, Newspapers.com, and the UK national archives among others, and will alert you to new information available through its sister site Ancestry.com as well. There are approximately 10 billion pages of records available on the site according to Archives.com and users can order hard copies of birth, death, and marriage certificates through the site for an additional charge. Archives also includes the ability to build a family tree but does not offer hints for more information or other individuals to add to the tree. Archives memberships, while related to Ancestry memberships, are signed up for separately and billed separately. A 14-day free trial is offered to the site, which allows full access for the duration of the trial period at no cost. Members who cancel within the 14 days will not be charged, but members who opt not to cancel their trial membership will be converted to a standard paid membership after the 14 day period. Standard memberships cost $9.99 per month and are billed once every 30 days automatically once enrolled until canceled. In order to cancel a membership, the customer must contact Archives.com at least 2 days before their next billing date but memberships do not have a minimum commitment term and can be cancelled at any time. • First 6 and Last 4 digits of the Credit you are being charged on
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

3. Inform them that you are contacting them to cancel
4. So that they can locate your account, provide the information they ask for
5. Ask that you be refunded
6. Ask for documentation that you contacted them
