If you wish to utilize this service, you must notify us prior to the occurrence of any issues; otherwise, the warranty will be void. Claim a home or vehicle by calling the number indicated on the website or by clicking the link provided. Plans can be utilized in the United States and Canada, claims are paid directly to the repair shop of your choosing, and coverage can be transferred if the vehicle is sold. Additionally, property claims are paid directly and transferable. This company services all states except California, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, Ohio, Virginia, and Washington. Plans may be canceled at any time, and customers will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion; however, if the plan was paid for with an auto loan, the refund will be deducted from the total loan amount instead of being given to you directly.
