  1. I placed my order on 9/3/20, Omega Xl cancelled my order. They credited someone else’s account. After calling multiple times & speaking to various customer service reps. Including a supervisor my account still remains to be credited. It’s October 29, 20 still waiting to here from the supervisor. I sent all documents requested but they are still investigating this issue.

  2. I had an extremely difficult time of cancelling my subscription.
    I had been taking Omega XL for months. They had been sending me a new bottle every month for $39.95 . The first time I called, the service rep would not take NO for an answer. The following day, I had received an email stating the service rep had not cancel my order but only suspend it for 3 months. I called back and spoke to a different service rep. I told him in a firm voice that I want to cancel my monthly subscription. He assure me he could help me. Like the first rep, he started with the small talk, began asking me a series of questions about the dosage I was taking. No matter what I’d say, it was the wrong dosage and he could make it right by sending me another bottle totally free of course. I told him I was not interested in small talk and simply want to cancel my subscription. He laughed. For this reason alone, I wouldn’t Omega XL again if it cured cancer.

  3. I want to cancel Omega XL. I called to cancel. The service rep, Israel, would not take no for an answer. I tried over and over. I did not know this was automatic. I never do that. If I have to change banks to cancel, I will. This was suppose to be a one time order for my friend. She doesn’t have a credit card. I CANNOT eat fish. I agree with Les. Worst customer service Ever! Cancel the subscription I did not sign up for!!!
