HotPads is currently only available in English and features properties within the United States (all 50 states) and Canada.
HotPads currently has properties that are for sale and rent. When you go on the website, you can search for properties by location. You can search with the city and state and specify your price range and how many bedrooms and bathrooms you allow. You are also able to search for properties that allow pets. Once you have put in your search criteria and viewed the available properties. You can choose between viewing them in a map view or a list. Once you found a listing that you like, you can save the listing so that you can view it at a later time.
