The first week is the Nutrisystem fresh start week, designed to jump-start weight loss, with future weeks designed to continue the weight loss. The plan also includes what are known as flex meals each week for dining in or out with family or friends instead of eating the prepared packaged meals provided by Nutrisystem. The basic plan includes four weeks’ worth of popular meal options priced at $294.99 per month for the women’s plan and $334.99 for the men’s plan. The core plan includes more food options for $319.99 for the women’s plan or $359.99 for the men’s plan. The Uniquely Yours plans include the widest variety of frozen and non-frozen meals for $359.99 per month for the women’s plan and $399.99 per month for the men’s plan. Uniquely, Yours Plus adds four weeks’ worth of probiotic shakes for $399.99 per month for the women’s plan or $439.99 per month for the men’s plan. All plans automatically renew and ship each month until canceled.
