• Last Name
• E-mail Address on account
• Phone number on the booking
• Itinerary number
• Name of Hotel
• City and State of Hotel
• Password
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Contact them by calling 44 20 3788 0445
2. Inform them that you are contacting them to cancel
3. So that they can locate your account, provide the information they ask for
4. Ask that you be refunded
5. Ask for documentation that you contacted them
6. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

1. Use your internet browser to visit https://www.expedia.co.uk/
2. You’ll need to login with this info: email address and password
3. Hit the link that says “My trips”
4. Go down the page to find “Manage Booking”
5. Hit the link that says “Manage Booking”
6. Go down the page to find “Cancel room” next to your reservation
7. Hit the link that says “Cancel room” next to your reservation
8. Now put in your info where it asks for it
9. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.
