CBS All Access is a subscription streaming service operated as an add-on service by CBS. The service offers newly aired CBS television content, content from the CBS television library, and original content to stream on demand to subscribers. Some US markets also offer a live stream of local CBS stations to subscribers as well. As of August 2018, the service had over 2.5 million subscribers and is best known for its streaming of the Grammy awards as well as the Star Trek: Discovery program which is only available via the All-Access platform. All-Access was launched by CBS in October of 2014 and has its headquarters, along with the rest of the CBS network, in New York City, New York. Subscriptions are available in two tiers, one with limited commercials and one that is free of commercials. The Limited commercials plan is priced at $5.99 per month while the commercial-free option is priced at $9.99 per month. Both plans are also available in annual plans, with limited commercial annual plans for $59.99 per year and commercial-free plans available for $99.99 per year. All plan options also include a 7-day free trial which converts to either a monthly or annual plan after 7 days depending on the choice made at sign-up if not canceled within the trial period. There is no minimum commitment for All-Access plans and they can be canceled at any time after signing up. Refunds are not generally available if canceling before the end of the monthly or yearly paid period however. Follow these steps:

1. Use your internet browser to visit https://www.cbs.com/all-access
2. You’ll need to login with this info: email and password
3. Hit the link that says the arrow next to your name in the top corner
4. Choose “CBS All Access Account”
5. Go up the page to find “Cancel my subscription” and click it
6. Now put in your info where it asks for it and follow the prompts carefully to ensure that you cancel
7. Hit the link that says “Complete cancellation”
8. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

Follow these steps:

1. Contact them by calling 888-274-5343
2. Inform them that you are contacting them to cancel
3. So that they can locate your account, provide the information they ask for
4. Ask for documentation that you contacted them
5. Be sure to ask for and document the date of your final charge
